- Deposits being accepted now for rider positions
- A rider spot is $900 for the 3 days when booked and paid in 2023.
- After December 30th the price will increase to $950 for the 3 days and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- A $450 non refundable deposit will hold your spot with final payment due by Dec 30th to secure the $900 pricing. If final payment received after Dec 30th, the clinic price will be $950.
- All final payments due in full by February 28th or your spot will be forfeited.

- Stalls will be $30 per night and stall fees will be due no later than with final payment.

- Stall rental: $20/night (you are responsible for watering, feeding, and cleaning up after your horse).

- Bathrooms/showers are under construction at facility. Should be available at time of clinic.

- There will be a local concessions company on site for at least 2 meals..

- There are resorts in the area as well as two motels if participants do not want to dry camp. Shore Acres Resort, Loon Lake Motel, Wilderness Inn, and Granite Point Resort.

- Lodging: Bunkhouse lodging is available on site but space is very limited. Four bunks per room. Bring your own linens. $20/per person- per night. Hotels are available nearby in Covington, GA or Jackson, GA
- Dry Camping - generators are welcome. $25/night
