  • ​A rider spot is $900 for the 3 days when booked and paid in 2024.
  • ​After December 31, 2024 the price will increase to $950 for the 3 days and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • ​A $450 non refundable deposit will hold your spot with final payment due by Dec 31, 2024 to secure the $900 pricing. If final payment received after Dec 31st, the clinic price will be $950.

  •  Now Accepting $350 non-refundable deposit required and holds your reservation until April 15, 2025; if not paid in full by April 15, 2025, you forfeit your reservation, and it goes to the next person on a waitlist.
  • Indoor Stall Rental: $25/night your welcome to arrive Thursday, June 19, (you are responsible for water, feeding and cleaning up after your horse and clean out at end of clinic on Sunday) | Stall fees are due no later than with the final payment on April 15, 2025
  •  Bring your own Shavings - Fleet Farm and Tractor Supply are 15 miles to purchase.
  • Bring your own Hay and buckets for water.
  • Dry camping – primitive camping and generator use okay. $10.00 / camper per night - Porta potties on site along with equipment and spreader for stall clean out.

  •  Our clinic times will run 8am - 12pm and 5pm - 9pm on Friday and Saturday. Sunday will be 8am - 2PM.
  • $725 - includes 3 nights outdoor pens. Anyone needing additional nights is $30/night.
  • $350 deposit is required to hold a spot.
  • The cost of the clinic goes up to $775 as of Jan 1, 2025.
  • If all fees are not paid by April 30, 2025, the spot will be forfeited, again, no refunds.
  • Anyone wanting to secure a stall in the barn: $60/night for a single run. 
  • $100/night for double run (these stalls are for two horses only)
  • Barn stalls are first come, first serve.
  • A $50 check made out to Hearts and Horses is required. If participants leave their pen/stall/run area completely clean the check will be destroyed otherwise it will be donated to the youth therapy program for the kids who will be helping out.
  • There are no hookups available but dry camping is offered for free.
  • Shavings are provided, please bring your own hay and water buckets.
  • We will be having a potluck with Carson on Friday afternoon.
