- Accommodations: Ankeny IA, Des Moines – many Hotels & Restaurants 8 miles away.
- Can Arrive Thursday and have access to the arena for riding.
- Trailer parking available, Electrical Hookups, $25 per night, dry camping available $10 per night.
- Covered Horse Stalls: $20 per horse per night. Shavings are not required but can be used if wanted.
- Bring your own water, feed buckets and hay.

October 12 & 13 (Saturday, and Sunday)
- Gates open for clinic at 7am. Clinic is 8 am - 5 pm
- Final Deadline for receipt of ALL FEES is TBD.
- All final payments due in full by TBD or your spot will be forfeited.
- All fees are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
- All dogs must be under control at all times.
- A Silent Auction will be held each day.
- Stall Fee: $35/Weekend Includes 3 bags of shavings. Additional bags $8/each.
- Food: Lunch will be available on site through pre-orders only. $8 per meal and must be paid by TBD. There are eating places nearby for those wishing other options.
- Dinner with Carson: Our Saturday night Dinner will be open to ALL Pre-paid PARTICIPANTS AND AUDITORS. Participants & their companion $20 each, Auditors $25 each. Fees must be received by TBD.
- Lodging: Bunkhouse lodging is available on site but space is very limited. Four bunks per room. Bring your own linens. $20/per person- per night. Hotels are available nearby in Covington, GA or Jackson, GA
- Dry Camping - generators are welcome. $25/night

- Deposits being accepted now for rider positions
- A rider spot is $900 for the 3 days when booked and paid in 2024.
- After December 31, 2024 the price will increase to $950 for the 3 days and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- A $450 non refundable deposit will hold your spot with final payment due by Dec 31, 2024 to secure the $900 pricing. If final payment received after Dec 31st, the clinic price will be $950.
- All final payments due in full by February 28th or your spot will be forfeited.
- No Refunds Available
- Stalls will be $30 per night and stall fees will be due no later than with final payment.
